Our small meditation group meets every 2 weeks on Monday nights in Kennington, Bendigo. All welcome.

Schedule:
7.00 pm Introduction for first timers:
-Finding a comfortable sitting posture
-Walking meditation
-Following the breath
-Stabilising the mind
-Group practice
(After 1st attendance, just arrive at 7.20)

7.20 pm Sitting meditation
7.35 pm Walking meditation
7.40 pm Sitting meditation
8.00 pm Green/herbal tea & discussion
8.15 pm Close

There is no cost.
 Venue, orientation to practice, herbal or green tea, and some chairs and meditation cushions are provided. (Bring your own cushion, bench or chair if you prefer.)

Meg convenes the group. She has more than 20 years of meditation experience and was a Practice Facilitator in the Melbourne Zen Group. She practises with Australian and international teachers including Ama Samy and Susan Murphy.
